Shipping Policy

  1. Overview

At LeeFloom, every garment is handmade — one at a time, with care and intention. Because of this, our shipping process is a little different from mass-produced brands. We ask for your patience, and we promise the wait is worth it.

Every piece that leaves our studio in Sri Lanka has been made by hand, steamed with natural leaves, and finished with precision. We handle your order with the same care we put into making it.

We ship worldwide from our studio in Sri Lanka.

We currently ship to:

  • Sri Lanka
  • All countries in Asia
  • Europe (all EU and non-EU countries)
  • United Kingdom
  • United States and Canada
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Middle East
  • Rest of the World

  1. Processing Time

Because each LeeFloom piece is handmade and nature-printed, some orders may require additional preparation time before they are ready to ship.

Processing time begins from the date your payment is confirmed — not the date you placed the order.

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or Sri Lankan public holidays.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, peak seasons, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

  1. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders as part of our ongoing promotion. This applies to both local and international orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free shipping uses standard international tracked postal services. If you require express or courier delivery, additional charges may apply — please contact us before ordering.

Express Shipping

If you need your order urgently, please contact us at hello@leefloom.lk before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate express shipping requests. Additional charges will apply and will be communicated to you in advance.

  1. Order Tracking

All international orders include tracking where available. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system.

To track your order:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number
  2. Visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number
  3. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at hello@leefloom.lk
  1. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

LeeFloom ships from Sri Lanka. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees charged by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs duties or import taxes applied by your country
  • Delays caused by customs processing
  • Packages held by customs

We are legally required to declare the full value of your order on customs documentation. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare lower values — this is illegal and we will not do it under any circumstances.

If you are unsure about the customs regulations in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

  1. Packaging

We believe the unboxing experience should reflect the care that went into making your garment. Every LeeFloom order is packaged with:

  • Eco-friendly, recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials
  • A hand-written or printed note from our team
  • Care instructions for your garment
  • Complimentary gift wrapping on all orders

We never use unnecessary plastic. Our packaging is as conscious as our clothing.

  1. Delivery Issues

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest update
  2. Check with your local post office or neighbours in case it was left with them
  3. Contact us at hello@leefloom.lk with your order number

We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

My order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it

Please check:

  • Around your property (porch, mailbox, side gate)
  • With neighbours or building reception
  • Your tracking page for any delivery notes

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. After this window, it may be difficult to raise a claim with the carrier.

My order arrived damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving it
  3. Include your order number and photographs

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. LeeFloom is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to an error made by the customer.

If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@leefloom.lk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address at no charge. If it has already been dispatched, re-shipping costs will be charged to you.

  1. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the recipient or returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. The cost of re-shipping will be charged to you. We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees.

  1. Wholesale & Bulk Shipping

Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to separate shipping arrangements. Please contact us at hello@leefloom.lk to discuss shipping terms, costs, and timelines for large orders before placing them.
