  1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LeeFloom website and the purchase of products from our online store and Etsy shop. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. About LeeFloom

LeeFloom is an eco-luxury clothing brand based in Sri Lanka. We create 100% unique, nature-printed garments using the traditional art of eco printing — a process in which natural pigments from handpicked leaves are transferred directly onto fabric through heat and steam. No two LeeFloom pieces are ever identical.

  1. Products

3.1 Uniqueness of Each Piece

Every LeeFloom garment is one of a kind. Because our printing process relies entirely on natural materials — leaves, pigments, humidity, temperature, and time — no two results are ever the same. The exact colours, patterns, and imprints on any garment cannot be predicted, controlled, or replicated.

Product photographs on our website are representative of style and technique. The exact piece you receive will differ from the photographs shown. This is not a defect — it is the nature of what we make and is central to the value of every LeeFloom garment.

3.2 Colours and Appearance

Natural pigments may vary in shade and intensity depending on the season, the specific leaf used, and environmental conditions at the time of making. Screens and monitors also display colours differently. We make every effort to represent our products accurately but cannot guarantee exact colour matching.

3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because each piece is made individually by hand, stock is inherently limited. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3.4 Custom and Personalised Orders

We accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing a custom order to discuss feasibility, timing, and pricing. Custom orders may take longer and are subject to separate pricing. Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  1. Ordering

4.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order with LeeFloom — whether through our website or Etsy — you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price listed. An order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us or through the platform (e.g. an Etsy order confirmation).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if:

  • A product is no longer available
  • There is an error in pricing or product description
  • We suspect fraudulent activity

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order was placed.

4.3 Taxes and Duties

Prices shown do not include customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. LeeFloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4.4 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@leefloom.lk.

  1. Payment

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Visa and Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna
  • Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits (when purchasing through Etsy)

5.2 Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment processors. LeeFloom never stores your card details. Your payment information is handled entirely by the payment provider in accordance with their security standards.

5.3 Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details and try again, or contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from Sri Lanka. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. These are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6.2 Processing Time

Each LeeFloom garment is handmade and may require additional preparation time before dispatch. Standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Custom orders may take longer — this will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.

6.3 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows, from dispatch date:

  • Sri Lanka: 2 to 5 business days
  • Asia: 7 to 14 business days
  • Europe: 10 to 21 business days
  • North America: 14 to 21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14 to 28 business days

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.4 Tracking

Where available, we provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it.

6.5 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will do our best to investigate with the carrier. LeeFloom is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customs delays.

6.6 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. LeeFloom is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

  1. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Our Policy

Because each LeeFloom garment is uniquely made by hand using natural materials, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We take great pride in our quality and will always work with you fairly.

7.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

7.3 Change of Mind

Because our products are handmade and one of a kind, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

7.4 Sizing

Sizing information is included in each product description. We strongly recommend reviewing measurements before placing your order. We are not responsible for items that do not fit if the correct size information was provided at the time of purchase.

7.5 Custom Orders

All custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7.6 How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or raise a concern, contact us at hello@leefloom.lk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs where relevant

We will respond within 2 business days.

  1. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content on the LeeFloom website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and the LeeFloom name and brand — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

8.2 Our Products

The designs and patterns that appear on LeeFloom garments are the result of our unique eco printing process. While the prints themselves are created by nature, the garments as a whole — including their design, construction, and presentation — are the creative work of LeeFloom. They may not be reproduced or replicated for commercial purposes.

8.3 User Content

If you share photographs or reviews of LeeFloom products on social media or elsewhere, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share and feature your content in our marketing. We will always credit you where possible. If you do not wish your content to be shared, please notify us.

  1. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We welcome wholesale enquiries. Please contact us at hello@leefloom.lk to discuss terms, minimum order quantities, pricing, and lead times. Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms agreed in writing before any order is placed.

  1. Care Instructions

To preserve the natural eco print on your LeeFloom garment:

  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water only
  • Use a mild, colour-safe detergent
  • Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Do not tumble dry — hang to dry in shade
  • Iron on a low heat setting if needed, inside out
  • Do not dry clean

LeeFloom is not responsible for damage caused by improper care of the garment.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LeeFloom’s total liability to you in connection with any order or claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of our products or services
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemic, shipping carrier failures, or government actions

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless local consumer protection laws in your country provide for alternative jurisdiction.

If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed from the rest of the terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
